Translate business workflows into technical maps: users, permissions, data flow, triggers, interfaces, dashboards, automations, integrations, and support structure.
Work confidently with Linux environments, command-line tools, scripts, services, logs, permissions, networking checks, deployments, and troubleshooting.
Create useful programs, internal tools, client-facing interfaces, provider portals, scripts, dashboards, and workflow applications when no ready-made solution exists.
Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, authentication, triggers, actions, data mapping, error handling, and repeatable automation logic.
Configure and connect websites, ordering systems, project-management tools, communication platforms, systems, digital signage, forms, customer messaging, and back-office applications.
Use logs, traces, payloads, command-line utilities, test users, sandbox environments, and deployment checklists to prove the system works before it reaches real users.
The right person for this role enjoys figuring out how technology works. You don’t have to know every system R52 uses today, but you need the curiosity, discipline and problem-solving ability to learn new systems and make them work.

All Rights Reserved - R52

R52 brings together people, programs, technology, business resources, and customer experiences into one connected ecosystem. R52 supports businesses across food and drink, hotels, accommodations, wellness, venues, shops, travel, service companies, and other experience-driven industries.
Many businesses already have tools: websites, ordering systems, phone systems, automation platforms, project boards, digital signage, training platforms, payment tools, customer communication systems, and back-office software. The problem is that these tools are usually disconnected, underbuilt, or poorly configured.
R52 builds the connective layer: the systems, workflows, interfaces, automations, dashboards, and technical architecture that allow a business to operate with more clarity, speed, and control.
R52 is looking for a technical builder who can convert a business vision into a working digital system.
This is not a basic IT support role. This is not a “manage settings only” role. This role is for someone who can understand the objective, design the technical path, build the system, connect the tools, test the workflow, document the logic, and keep improving the platform until it works in real business conditions.
You may work on multiple client projects at once. One project may require a client-facing interface. Another may require a provider dashboard. Another may require a Linux-based deployment, API connection, automation workflow, phone-system routing, data pipeline, ordering workflow, or internal operations platform.
The best candidate is a programmer and systems thinker: someone who can create from zero, improve what already exists, connect separate systems into one workflow, and see where technology can remove friction from a business.
What This Role Is Really About
This role sits between software development, systems integration, Linux administration, workflow automation, SaaS configuration, and product architecture.
R52 is not looking for someone who only follows tutorials. R52 is looking for someone who can read the situation, understand the business outcome, choose the right technical structure, and make the system work even when no perfect step-by-step instruction exists.
The work requires technical imagination and execution. You must be able to see the higher vision, convert it into a technical blueprint, and then build the working version.
Build, connect, deploy, test, and improve working systems for R52 and its clients.
Translate business intent into technical architecture. Turn scattered tools into one usable ecosystem.
Create interfaces that make the system clear for customers, clients, providers, operators, and leadership.
Configure and administer cloud-based business systems for R52 and its clients, including accounts, users, permissions, workflows, forms, dashboards, rules and other platform settings.
Naturally Technical & Curious — You like figuring things out. When you see a new platform, you want to understand what it does, how it works, what it connects to and what you can make it do.
Logical Problem Solver — When something doesn’t work, you don’t just start changing settings. You follow the process, isolate the problem, find the cause and work toward the correct solution.
Systems Thinker — You naturally see how different pieces connect. You can look beyond one application and understand how a website, CRM, automation, telephone system, project-management platform and other tools can work together as one process.
Fast & Resourceful Learner — You are comfortable being given a system you have never used before. You know how to research, read documentation, watch training, test configurations and work your way toward understanding it.
Detail-Oriented — You notice the small things. A wrong permission, field mapping, routing rule, trigger or setting can break an entire workflow, and you take the time to get those details right.
Independent & Self-Driven — You can take an assignment, understand the objective, organize your work and keep moving without needing someone to guide you through every step.
Persistent — Technical problems do not always have an obvious answer. You are willing to keep investigating, testing and learning until you understand what is happening and find a reliable solution.
Comfortable With Structure & Accountability — You follow processes, document your work, test before deployment and take responsibility for whether the final system actually works.
Clear Communicator — You can explain a technical issue, system workflow or solution in straightforward language that both technical and non-technical people can understand.
Always Improving — You don’t stop at “it works.” You look for ways to make systems simpler, more reliable, easier to support and better for the people actually using them.
Strong technical fundamentals across cloud/SaaS systems, Linux, networking and systems administration.
Practical integration knowledge, including APIs, servers, webhooks, authentication, triggers, actions and data mapping.
Working knowledge of Linux and networking concepts such as DNS, IP addressing, NAT, ports, routing, firewalls, logs and command-line diagnostics.
Experience with technical systems such as automation platforms, websites, cloud communications/VoIP, project-management systems or similar technologies.
The ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot independently rather than relying exclusively on step-by-step instructions.
Success means R52 and our clients have technology that works reliably together.
Systems are configured correctly. Information reaches the right place. Automations execute properly. APIs communicate. Calls route correctly. Devices connect. Websites communicate with the systems behind them. Technical problems are diagnosed instead of guessed at. Deployments are tested before going live. Documentation makes successful work understandable and repeatable.
